Salary: £35,000

The duties of this role include:
1. Delivering high levels of performance and employee engagement across a multi-functional back office and contact centre team.
2. Leading and inspiring teams.
3. Working closely with all key stakeholders.
Experience required:
* Inspiring and experienced managers in a contact centre environment.
* Experience in back office functions is preferred, but telephony environments are also acceptable.
* Proven results in coaching, development, and driving performance in contact centre operations.
