What does this team do?
From bonuses to recognition, travel and much more, a great incentive programme can help to motivate a company's employees and engage them in the workplace. In our team we partner with employers to design, implement and operate these incentive programmes.
Our objective is to encourage employee engagement, whilst being cost-effective and compliant with global regulations.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?
You'll need to have obtained or be studying towards a minimum 2:1 in any degree discipline and have graduated by September 2026 for the Autumn 2026 intake.
What kind of work will I do?
We support businesses in enabling them to reward executives fairly (but not excessively) when their business does well.
This is executed through the design and implementation of effective executive pay arrangements.
Our client base is widely varied. We work with around 30% of the FTSE 350, as well as many other businesses across a range of industries.
Each of our clients have individual perspectives and challenges in terms of aligning pay with talent strategy, company values and business objectives. You will bring fresh ideas to the table and develop innovative, bespoke and pro-business solutions.
Where will I work?
At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you're in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.

How will I develop?
We will ensure that your work is fully supported by the right level of training and development, underpinned by in-role experience of working with clients and colleagues.
You will be allocated a buddy who will provide support as you move into your new role, as well as a coach who will help with career guidance and development.
As a new hire in Executive Reward Consulting, we will support you into becoming a well-rounded reward consultant, able to articulate complex ideas and constructively challenge the status quo.
You will develop into a consultant over two to three years, through a combination of formal training, on-the-job experience and working towards an external qualification such as the ACA.
