As Participant Engagement Coordinator you will:
* Oversee and work with a team of project officers to deliver a swift and efficient triage service, recruiting people onto local employment and skills programmes
* Support internal business systems
* Work closely with internal and external delivery teams
* Support with compiling reports and data management
We are looking for candidates who:
* Can provide good customer service and provide clear succinct advice
* Can plan and organise varied workloads, for themselves and others
* Communicate effectively with diverse audiences
* Can influence and support change using negotiation skills
* Interpret and analyse complex data
* Have working knowledge of employment and skills support particularly for vulnerable people
