THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property & Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our London office and property portfolio.
This role provides broad exposure across property operations, project coordination, office administration, and stakeholder communication, ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in real estate and business operations.
You will work closely with senior team members and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and internationally growing environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support daily property management and operational coordination
* Assist with scheduling, project execution, and workflow management
* Maintain accurate property and operational records
* Coordinate with service providers, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Support guest and customer communication to ensure service quality
* Assist with general office administration and process support
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Analytical and comfortable working with structured tasks and data
* Confident in both written and verbal communication
* Adaptable and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous experience or internship in real estate, operations, administration, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential.
A background in Business, Real Estate, Management, or related fields is highly regarded.
