About the role

* Sun: 16:00 - 22:00
* Wed: 05:00 - 11:00
* Thu: 06:00 - 12:00
* Fri: 17:30 - 23:30
* Sat: 13:00 - 19:00
Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible and open to discussing your availability.
The table shows preferred working times, and shifts will be scheduled with 3 weeks' notice. We support flexibility if your available times are close to our requirements.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, oversee team activities, and ensure excellent customer service, making each day rewarding with new challenges.
Responsibilities
* Work in a fast-paced retail environment, managing duty shifts and team coordination.
* Assist customers and ensure store standards are maintained.
* Support team coaching and provide feedback.
* Ensure safety and store cleanliness.
* Contribute to store performance improvements and lead by example.
Minimum Requirements
* Be over 18 years old.
* Be a positive role model with strong communication skills.
* Be flexible, proactive, and able to lead in the absence of a manager.
* Demonstrate motivation and curiosity to improve service.
