Key Responsibilities
The Role
* Selling chemical and technical maintenance, repair products, and equipment to customers across industries such as manufacturing, metalworking, engineering, automation, and transportation.
* This is a field-based sales role working independently to identify sales opportunities from prospective and existing clients.
* Visiting customer sites to demonstrate products and services.
* Attending regular team meetings and training sessions.
* Collaborating with the customer service team for support.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
We are looking for:
* Experience in a customer contact environment.
* Cold calling and/or field sales experience in B2B or B2C is advantageous.
* Structured, communicative, and hardworking with an interest in building a sales career.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills to achieve sales targets.
* Salary: £30k (£27k basic + £3k car allowance), with uncapped commission; realistic OTE between £35k and £45k per year.
* Car allowance and fuel card.
