Salary/Benefits £35,000 Pension scheme Career progression opportunities Comprehensive health and wellness benefits About you CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it Proven HR advisory experience, ideally within care or social sector settings Strong knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law Experience managing employee relations cases from start to finish Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively What you'll do Advise managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management, ensuring fair and consistent practice. Lead investigations, hearings, and appeals with professionalism, sensitivity, and legal compliance. Oversee processes for work authorisations and sponsorship compliance, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Conduct regular audits of employee records to maintain compliance with data protection and organisational policies. Provide guidance to managers on employment law and work authorisation requirements. Prepare for and support regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring processes and documentation are thorough and compliant. Support recruitment and onboarding for all staff, ensuring smooth, compliant, and welcoming induction processes. Contribute to HR policy development and deliver informal guidance or training on HR procedures and legal obligations.
