SALARY UP TO £42,000
BRISTOL - HYBRID - 3 days a week in office

THE ROLE
As a Senior Account Manager, expect to be involved in the following:
* Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, ensuring briefs are clearly understood and delivered against
* Working closely with Account Directors to scope, plan, and deliver client work
* Managing internal teams across creative, development, and strategy to keep projects on track
* Building strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders
* Supporting a major new client win with significant growth potential
* Identifying opportunities to expand and add value within the account
* Providing stronger day-to-day strategic ownership within a complex environment
* Supporting data-led strategy alongside execution across direct mail and email
* Ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic direction across ongoing programmes
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Experience at Senior Account Manager level, or a strong Account Manager ready to step up
* Background in data-led marketing, digital, or CRM-adjacent work
* Proven experience working with large, well-known brands
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced agency environment
* Strategically minded, with the ability to balance delivery and commercial thinking
