The Role
:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you’ll split your time 50/50 between electrical and mechanical work. You’ll work with contactors, relays, inverters, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatics, carrying out a mix of reactive breakdowns and planned maintenance.
Key Duties:
1. Act as the go-to Electrical Maintenance Engineer for fault finding and repairs
2. Diagnose and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimise downtime
3. Complete PPM tasks to keep machinery performing at its best
4. Support ongoing improvement projects and equipment upgrades
About You:
5. NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship or equivalent (Electrical or Multi-skilled)
6. Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
7. Strong electrical fault-finding skills
