We are seeking an Independent Member to join the Council’s Audit and Risk Assurance Committee to oversee audit, risk activities, and financial control measures, including the approval of the Council’s Statement of Accounts annually.
Applicants must possess a strong and recent financial background, such as in accounting or financial management, and be committed to ensuring integrity in public office.
The successful candidate will be compensated at £50.00 per meeting attended, with all relevant training provided, and out-of-pocket expenses reimbursed.
