What it's like to work here This is a role for someone who loves people and places and you'll champion putting the voice of communities at the centre of everything we do. You'll be a crucial cog in the team working closely with the Visitor Experience Manager and Visitor Operations Manager to enable growth. You'll use data and insight to to help understand our audience profiles and any untapped potential. You'll play a key role in increasing access to nature and heritage by understanding the needs and motivations of communities, working with the property team to respond with meaningful visitor experiences that remove barriers to access and encourage visits. Click here for more information about this location What you'll be doing Embedding inclusive community and participation practices across the property, you'll be leading change through coaching, collaboration and continuous improvement. Key to your role will be maintaining existing local stakeholder relationships as well as building relevant strategic partnerships and networks to deliver public benefit. You'll support the Volunteer Experience Coordinator with managing our existing core volunteering offer as well as exploring new opportunities for people to share their time, skills and experiences on and off the property Who we're looking for Applications from redeployees are assessed against the minimum criteria for the role.
