Sazerac UK, is one of the UK’s leading spirit brand builders and distributors and is seeking to recruit a National Account Manager to their Grocery and Ecommerce team following continued sales growth and recent acquisitions. As a National Account Manager you will own national e-commerce accounts and partnerships (marketplaces, retail platforms, key wholesalers) and drive topline growth, margin expansion and brand visibility online. This is a commercially focused role that blends category management, negotiation, digital marketing alignment and cross-functional execution. This role is home based but it is essential that you are out seeing customers and collaborating with the wider team at our Head Office in Hampton Wick. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual who has extensive understanding of the UK Off-Trade market. Responsibilities Include: Own & grow national E-Commerce accounts Manage & develop strong relationships with key online retail partners (e.g Amazon, Ocado, Grocery E-commerce platforms & emerging players) to drive the Sazerac portfolio growing our volume, value & market share by executing strong plans across the trading year. Account strategy & joint business planning Develop and execute annual joint business plans, including aligned sales targets, promotional plans, investment planning & growth initiatives aligned with the overall Sazerac strategy. Commercial negotiations Lead all commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, terms, investment & ranging opportunities to maximise profitability, volume growth & driving a long-term partnership. Sales forecasting & performance management Own forecasting, budgets & overall sales targets across E-Commerce accounts; tracking performance vs KPI’s & internal sales targets & implementing action where needed, to achieve. Promotions & media planning Plan, execute and evaluate promotions & retail media activity across the E-Commerce accounts, aligning to our core brand plans to drive traffic, conversion & ROI. Cross functional collaboration Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, category & digital teams to deliver seamless account execution & resolve any operational issues. Data & insight analysis Work with category contacts along with using E-Commerce & shopper data to identify growth opportunities, optimise assortment, pricing & promotions, & help to make informed key strategic decisions. Required Qualifications Proven track record with national retail / marketplace accounts (e.g., Amazon UK, Tesco.com, Waitrose, Ocado, major off-trade wholesalers). Strong negotiation and financial modelling skills. Comfortable with e-commerce analytics (dashboards etc). Excellent stakeholder management and commercial instinct. Grocery / Ecommerce sales, account management or activation experience within an FMCG environment. Experience in building collaborative relationships with customers. Ability to manage customer P&Ls and budgets. Must demonstrate commercial acumen and understanding of developing and managing joint business plans. Experience of developing and delivering compelling customer presentations and sales stories A passion for the category with extensive knowledge of the UK Off Trade landscape Ability to negotiate externally and internally on commercial terms (pricing, promotions, marketing funding, and ensure profitable growth. Work with marketing to optimize product content, media, SEO, and paid search across partner platforms. Coordinate logistics and forecasting with supply chain to ensure availability for promotions and peak seasons. Present commercial performance and strategy to senior leadership. LI-MB1
