Service Manager (Engineering) – Salary: £50,000 – £60,000; 33 Days Holiday; Flexible Hours; 5% Pension; Location: Leicester.
We are seeking a Service Manager with an engineering background to oversee the service function across the UK, managing a small team of engineers.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of engineers across the UK, planning and allocating jobs.
* Schedule, train, budget, and monitor service KPIs.
* Handle service issues and projects, and grow the team through business development.
* Provide technical advice to the team.
* Manage resource allocation and budgeting to support business growth.
* Primarily office-based with occasional site travel.
* Work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
Qualifications
* Service / Operations Manager or similar experience.
* Engineering background.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills.
* Experience with budgeting, training, and KPI monitoring.
* Ability to develop business and grow teams.
