As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.**What you will be doing:**Reporting to the Advanced Plant Chief engineer, the Assistant Chief Engineer – Concepts will:* Drive the management of customer scenarios and headmarks through extensive stakeholder engagement* Drive the development of a portfolio of advanced plant concepts to address those scenarios and headmarks through the leadership of a team of system and concept engineers* Act as the primary customer to the internal Advanced Plant analysis team for a portfolio of analysis work packages to underpin those concepts* Govern technical work in accordance with delegated authorities* Provide periodic assurance against portfolio objectives at internal and external management reviews**Who we’re looking for:**At Rolls-Royce we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
