Pain Brand Manager FTC (Nordics and U.K) – Hybrid working, based at the High Wycombe office with moving plans to Reading in Jan 2026.

What You Will Do
* Deliver growth in the Pain category in the Nordics and U.K, driving sales and market share in the category across Ipren and Calpol.
* Manage and report on Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME).
* Lead the delivery of the in-year full P&L and share targets for Ipren in Nordics.
* Shape and lead the Nordics Yr2-Yr3 strategic plans, leveraging the strategy driven by the Global Brand Development Team (BDT).
* Create and deploy effective creative campaigns and toolkits across Ipren and Calpol.
* Partner with the Nordic team to drive excellence in execution across the Pain Portfolio (including integrated business planning, media and data-driven marketing, perfect store, and revenue growth management).
* Collaborate with local Commercial teams across Northern Europe to address challenges and unlock category growth with key retail partners.
* Support media planning and digital-first initiatives with the media partner to identify and implement media optimisations and test & learns.
* Shape and influence the innovation pipeline across the Nordic markets, using analytical skills to size opportunities.
* Lead external agency relationships and ensure work is delivered on time and within budget on Calpol activation.
* Lead the cross-functional team in collaboration with the Squad Lead.
Experience Required
* Experienced at Brand Manager (PG25) level with a strong track record of performance.
* Degree level educated or equivalent experience.
* Experience developing, adapting, and activating content & communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data-driven marketing, and understanding of customer and retailer requirements.
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence both upwards and downwards.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen.
