We are seeking an organised, proactive and detail focused Dispatch & Fulfilment Assistant Supervisor to join our warehouse team this Christmas. The successful candidate will assist with the planning and execution of our ecommerce & corporate gifting operation, ensuring all orders including hampers, gift packs, and vouchers, are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll also help lead and support team members to maintain productivity, quality, and excellent presentation of product. You will be working in our busy retail warehouse preparing, packing and dispatching orders for our online and corporate customers. This is a fast paced role working to collection deadlines, requiring a candidate who works well under pressure with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will work closely with the dispatch and warehouse supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of hamper production and order dispatch. You should be hardworking, willing to learn and a great team player. Previous experience in a similar role or environment is not essential however it may be an advantage. You will be given all the training you need to be excellent in your job and you will be supported by your colleagues, supervisors and managers. This position is a fixed term role initially working 32 hours per week between Monday and Saturday with flexibility to increase working hours as we progress into the season. The fixed term contract will run from late September to December.
