Job Title: Regional Maths Lead

E-ACT The Oldham Academy North is a dynamic and inclusive 11‑16 secondary academy located in Oldham. The role will lead and deliver a high‑quality maths curriculum across Oldham Academy North and Royton & Crompton Academy.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement the Trust’s subject strategy, ensuring alignment with Trust priorities and improvement plans.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching, learning and outcomes across academies.
* Provide direct leadership support and professional challenge to Headteacher, Deputy Headteachers and Heads of Department.
* Work closely with other Regional Leads and central teams to support whole‑school improvement priorities.
* Work across academies in the region to drive consistency, ambition, and impact in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment.
Pay range: Competitive with a view to it being paid on the Leadership scale
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Proven experience leading or improving subject provision.
* Experience working across more than one school or within a MAT.
* Able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Skilled in providing constructive professional challenge.
* Highly effective communicator.
