We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist contractor operating across damp-proofing, timber preservation and structural waterproofing. We are looking for an experienced Damp & Waterproofing Surveyor to join a growing team focused on technical quality, professionalism and long-term development. The Role As a Damp & Waterproofing Surveyor, you will carry out detailed inspections, diagnose damp issues and produce clear, accurate reports and specifications. This role goes beyond surface-level reporting. The successful surveyor will identify root causes, understand building pathology and provide commercially sound solutions. Key Responsibilities * Carry out inspections across residential and commercial properties * Diagnose rising damp, penetrating damp and condensation issues * Assess waterproofing requirements including Type A and Type C systems * Produce detailed reports and specifications * Provide budget costs and scope of works * Communicate clearly with clients * Support internal teams with project handover Requirements * Experience as a damp surveyor, waterproofing surveyor or building surveyor * PCA qualification (CSTDB or CSSW preferred) * Strong technical and reporting ability * Confident client-facing communication skills * Commercial awareness * Full UK driving licence Location & Travel Projects are based across London and Greater Lond...
