Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract
Pay; £35k
Experience: 2–3 years+ as an Account Handler
Specialism: Commercial Insurance (Property experience beneficial but not essential)
About the Role
We’re recruiting for a talented Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join a well‑established London-based team on a fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid commercial insurance experience who enjoys client interaction, handling renewals, and supporting a busy book of business.
You’ll work across a range of commercial lines, with the option to get involved in property risks—however, prior property experience is advantageous but not required.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments and general enquiries across a variety of commercial policies
* Providing high‑quality client service and building strong long‑term relationships
* Supporting Account Executives and senior team members with client and policy administration
* Ensuring accurate documentation and compliance throughout the policy cycle
* Working collaboratively with insurers and stakeholders to secure competitive terms
What We’re Looking For
* 2–3 years' experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Handler
* Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Acturis experience is essential
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (2 days per week in the London office)
* Experience with property insurance is beneficial but not essential
