Who We’re Looking For: Qualification: A recognised apprenticeship within the aircraft industry or similar, or Qualified Part66 Licence holder, or University degree relevant to Aircraft Engineering or aviation management, or Relevant working experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Aviation sector. Experience and Knowledge: Proven technical experience within the aviation maintenance industry. Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning, production planning, and resource coordination. Demonstrated experience in leading change initiatives and delivering operational and productivity improvements. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across internal teams, customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
