As a Branch Manager, you'll oversee the operations of the branch, driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a managerial role within the real estate industry (Estate Agency experience is preferred but not essential). Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional customer care/service experience Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills Hold a Full UK driving license.
