We are seeking a passionate Nursery Manager to lead our team at Little Rayes Daycare in Mitcham. Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the nursery team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

* Monitor children's development and adapt programs accordingly.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in nursery management or similar role.

* Relevant qualifications in childcare or education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma in Childcare).
* Ability to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children.
