Cognitive Behavioural Therapist ( Psychosis)
* Provide specialist CBT assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and development of CBT treatment for adults with psychosis.
* Deliver individual, group and family therapy across city‑wide service.
* Maintain clinical records and service statistics in line with Livewell Southwest policies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including GP, Social Services, inpatient units and external agencies.
* Teach and supervise trainees and staff, contributing to a programme of continuous professional development.
* Provide specialist CBT supervision, training and support to Insight service staff and partners.
* Use evidence‑based outcome measures and research to improve treatment quality and contribute to research and evaluation projects.
* Advocate for high standards of clinical practice, maintaining professional registration with HCPC/NMC/BABCP.
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients, families and the health network.
* Adhere to all Livewell Southwest policies including safeguarding, health and safety, quality and risk management.
Physical demands: sitting with clients in therapy rooms, occasional standing for up to 2 hours during group sessions, frequent computer use.
To be considered, the applicant must hold a professional registration relevant to CBT practice and be willing to undertake continuing professional development. Candidates must demonstrate experience with psychosis populations and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
