As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be working within a fast‑paced logistics and distribution environment, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a variety of automated systems, conveyors, and material handling equipment.
You will play a key role in minimising downtime, improving reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business with strong investment in automation and engineering.

Non‑Negotiable Requirements:
* Strong electrical or mechanical maintenance background
* Experience working in a fast‑paced industrial environment (logistics, FMCG, manufacturing or similar)
* Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Ability to fault find under pressure and work independently
Requirements:
* Experience with conveyors, automated systems or material handling equipment
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to carry out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance
* Good understanding of health & safety procedures
* Team player with a proactive attitude
Desirable Requirements:
* PLC fault‑finding experience
* Experience within a logistics or warehouse environment
* Knowledge of CMMS systems
* Continuous improvement or Lean experience
