The Catastrophic Injury Team is nationally recognised and one of the largest in the UK. We act for a number of well-known insurer clients and provide high quality advice on a wide range of matters that are of significant value, hence the work is hugely interesting. The role represents an opportunity to provide support to a team who manage a Catastrophic Injury caseload specifically related to Road Traffic Accidents (RTA); opening and closing files, preparing court bundles, reviewing expert witness statements, updating our case management system and, providing a high level of client care at all times. About the role: To action cases in line with the department's and client's service standards and protocols To act as a trusted member within the team, taking responsibility and ensuring the case management system is kept up to date with court orders, reviewing confidential records, and liaising with clients Dealing with technical aspects of the cases, under the supervision of more senior team members Progression cases to a satisfactory and speedy settlement in accordance with the client requirements An ideal candidate for the role will demonstrate a genuine interest and have experience in handling a caseload of Catastrophic Personal Injury files.
