About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced environment as an Order Processor.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative. A highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail is required to thrive in this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing hardware orders, supporting second-line customer queries, and working closely with internal teams to achieve supply chain delivery expectations.
Key responsibilities include manually configuring routers, raising customer SIM and hardware orders using Sage X3 system, performing testing on processed orders, and managing returned stock.
The role also involves working within the Service Desk Team to support second-line hardware queries, monitoring queue on Zendesk ticketing system, prioritizing workload for urgent requests, and managing additional requirements to a customer's order such as SIM activations.
The ideal candidate will have experience of using Excel, Powerpoint and Word, with excellent team player skills and the ability to operate at all levels.
In addition, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience within a Supply Chain environment role, with exposure to complex customer procedures preferably within a Customer Success environment.
