⚙️ The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably within a modern manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Working collaboratively within a skilled on-site engineering team
* Maintaining high standards of health & safety and engineering best practice

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
* Background in manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG environments
* Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, apprenticeship, HNC or equivalent)
* Proactive, team-focused mindset with a passion for engineering excellence
