Mobile Tyre Operations Manager required in Nottingham
1. Basic Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
2. OTE: £40,000 through bonus on company and individual performance
3. Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm, Saturdays (1 in 2) : 8am - 1:00pm

Key Responsibilities in this Operations Manager role include:
13. Managing and Controlling the day-to-day operations of the Mobile Tyre fitting team
14. Coordinate schedules, routes, and resources to ensure efficient daily operations.
15. Manage team performance, training, and compliance with safety standards.
16. Oversee Stock and ensure all equipment is up to date within company standards
17. Handle customer issues, track KPIs, and implement process improvements
Ideal Candidate:
18. Proven experience in managing field-based or mobile teams desired but not essential
19. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills under pressure.
20. Confident communicator with excellent leadership qualities.
21. Confident IT skills
22. Comfortable using scheduling, reporting, and Stock management Softwares
23. Customer-focused with a proactive and hands-on approach.
