What you will be doing as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
As part of the firm's Commercial Disputes team, the successful candidate will handle a diverse range of challenging commercial litigation cases. This role provides the chance to work with national and international clients, offering solutions to a wide range of disputes, including commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and intellectual property issues.
The experience you will have as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
1. Managing a portfolio of high-value, complex commercial disputes with minimal supervision.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients across various industries.
3. Mentoring junior team members, fostering their growth and development within the firm.
4. Collaborating closely with partners to ensure effective case strategies are implemented.
5. Attending court hearings and conducting legal research to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
6. Regular travel between Cardiff and London to meet with clients and colleagues.
