About The Role

You'll be the go-to person for all fleet-related activities, keeping our vehicles in top shape and enhancing our service delivery. What you will be doing:
* To provide a high standard of administrative support and assistance to the Fleet Manager and wider QESH Team
* Administration of all reported driving offences and incidents
* Liaise with vehicle drivers and line managers, raising accident reports with insurers
* Provide fleet related reports as requested
* To assist where necessary in the documentation around external FORS Audits
* Work in accordance with SMT GB standards of health, safety, quality and environmental care
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, And Experience
* Experience in fleet administration or similar role is preferred
* Strong organisational skills with extraordinary attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data effectively
* Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—allowing you to engage with a variety of stakeholders
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic work environment
* A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
* Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
* Familiarity with fleet management software
