What will you be doing?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Audit team, in our brand-new Bristol office. Our Bristol Audit team has grown significantly in the last couple of years and the vision is to continue on this growth journey whilst maintaining the friendly, sociable and open culture of the team who benefit from a good work life balance as well as the opportunity to grow and develop your career further.
As an Audit Associate, your responsibilities will include:
1. Completing audit programmes by undertaking tasks allocated and signing off to evidence completion.
2. Documenting fully work done to a level agreed with manager.
3. Highlighting issues and problems for attention of manager.
4. Reviewing working papers of more junior staff, where agreed with manager.
5. Ensuring work completed to a level agreed with manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. Part Qualified Accountant, ideally ACA or AAT.
2. Track record of strong academic performance.
3. Demonstrable audit and accounts experience gained within a professional services firm.
4. Strong communication skills, both internally and directly with clients.
