The Role:
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including:
1. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
2. Transfers of equity
3. Re-mortgages and new build transactions
4. Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
5. Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance
You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic conveyancing team with strong administrative support and streamlined systems.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Minimum 3 years’ experience handling own full residential conveyancing caseload independently
7. Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process from start to finish
8. Strong communication, organisational, and client care skills
9. Comfortable working in a tech-driven, fast-paced environment
10. Proactive, approachable and detail-oriented
