Overview
Commercial Gas Engineer role at TipTopJob. Location: Fareham/Southampton. Salary: 50k per annum. This is a static based role with a large FM and maintenance company, covering commercial sites in and around Fareham and Southampton. The candidate should have experience in commercial environments, carrying out all areas of commercial gas maintenance and minor remedial tasks.

Main Responsibilities
* Plan and carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs to Commercial/Industrial boilers and complete inspection and gas safety check certificates.
* Identify defects, provide parts lists and estimated timescales to complete defects.
* Transport and handle boilers in accordance with current Health and Safety Regulations.
* Establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers.
* Carry out installation, repairs, maintenance and plan operational duties, working with various systems and reporting as requested.
* Work with appliances such as small-scale plant rooms, centralized heating boilers, gas heaters, etc.
* Visit customer premises (commercial) to fit, service and repair boilers and centralized heating systems that have broken down.
* Assess, dismantle, repair or replace relevant parts.
* Support the field service team and upkeep internal operational processes.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have
* Commercial Tickets: either COCN1 or CODNCO1
* Commercial Catering Tickets: Highly Desirable
* Domestic Gas Qualifications: Desirable
* Experience working within commercial environments
* Driving licence
* IPAF and PASMA
* OFTEC: Desirable
* Multi-skilled experience within minor electrical / fabric tasks
