Prospero Teaching is looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to support children with additional learning needs across settings in Cardiff.\n\nAbout the job \n \nProspero Teaching is looking for Teaching Assistants to provide support in primary and secondary schools within Cardiff. \n \nTA Contract/Position Details \n \nLocation - Cardiff \nPosition - Teaching Assistant \nType of work -ALN Support Work \nStart date - ASAP \nLikely Duration - Ongoing \nPosition end date - Unknown \nContract type - Temporary \nFull-time potential - Yes \nMinimum rate of pay - GBP89.90 \nHours - 8:30am-15:00 (term time only and times may vary) \nExperience, Training and Qualifications \n \nIt is essential that you have experince working with children in some capacity, this can be a voluntary position. \nBe registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) \nYou will need to have a qualification within Education and Team Teach is desired but not essential as training can be provided.
\nUp to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months. \nStrong Behaviour Management skills are a must. \nTo be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must \n \nHold the Right to Work in the UK.
