Chef / Kitchen Manager – What’s involved?
5. The Kitchen Manager whilst reporting to the Exec Chef will have overall responsibility of the daily operations of the Kitchen, outside catering outlets such as pizza oven and separate on site coffee shop.
6. The Kitchen Manager will deal with purchasing, suppliers and maintaining a target GP
7. The Kitchen Manager with the assistance of the Group Executive Chef will create and produce seasonal menus which will offer a balance of dishes for a variety of customer types
8. The Kitchen Manager will lead and inspire a team of Chefs, developing and training them to have passion and pride in their craft
