As a Senior Knowledge Lawyer sitting within the Operational Risk & Environment department, you will work closely with the Head of ESG & Impact, partners, knowledge lawyers, and BD professionals. You will lead the development of high-quality ESG knowledge resources, drive internal and external engagement, and support the firm’s ESG business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver ESG thought leadership, client tools, and knowledge resources.
* Lead ESG training, knowledge-sharing, and client engagement initiatives.
* Build the firm’s external ESG profile through thought leadership and industry involvement.
* Conduct horizon scanning and share key ESG legal and regulatory developments.
* Foster cross-practice ESG collaboration and manage firmwide ESG knowhow.
You will be a qualified lawyer (England & Wales) with 7+ PQE and strong experience in environmental law, sustainable finance, human rights, and corporate governance with a background in corporate law. Previous experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or PSL is desirable but not essential.
