The Role Lead and develop the Commercial Property department as Director, driving performance and strategy. Advise on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including leases, sales, purchases, and re-mortgages. Support Corporate & Commercial colleagues with the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions. Draft, review, and issue high-quality legal documentation, including transaction reports. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and professional contacts. Play an active role in business development, helping the department and firm continue to grow. You A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years’ experience in Commercial Property. Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes. Proven ability to manage complex matters and deliver excellent client outcomes. Natural leadership qualities with the ability to support and inspire colleagues.
