We're building the next generation of digital asset products and our Crypto team is leading the charge. As a Technical Product Owner, you'll shape the architecture and feature set behind Revolut's crypto infrastructure and trading capabilities. You'll own the roadmap for scalable, secure, and innovative crypto experiences for our customers. You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Treasury teams to deliver regulated, production-grade systems that operate at global scale while pushing the boundaries of what's possible in financial technology. What you'll be doing
* Leading the full product lifecycle for crypto features and new products
* Defining product requirements for secure, scalable systems
* Driving integration with third-party infrastructure, such as liquidity venues, custodians, and market data providers
* Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk and Compliance, and Treasury to build resilient, compliant products with real-time financial and regulatory logic
* Using data and user research to identify pain points, investigate anomalies, and deliver optimisations for pricing, latency, and trade UX
* Supporting readiness for new asset classes, geographies, or regulatory regimes, Vilnius: €6,500 - €7,700 gross monthly
* Lithuania: €6,500 - €7,700 gross monthly
* Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
* Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

Good communication skills, 3+ years of product ownership or technical product management experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure
* A solid understanding of backend architecture and financial systems
* Experience delivering high-performance systems in regulated environments
* Familiarity with crypto or traditional trading mechanics
* Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to effectively align with multiple internal teams
* Analytical thinking and proficiency with structured data and system design discussions
Nice to have
* Experience working with digital asset products in fintech and/or crypto
* Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptoassets
* Hands-on experience with prototyping tools or user testing frameworks
* An interest in behavioural design or gamified product mechanics
