Job Title: Commercial Director - Embedded Finance (Open)
Salary: Depending on location. From £106,565.
Location(s): Chester, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds or London.
Hours: Full-time

The Embedded Finance (EF) team at LBG brings all of these dimensions together, to deliver responsible and targeted solutions that are loved by our customers. With the EF market growing at >20% in the UK, we are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our Business Development team, and realise our go‑to‑market plans: You will play a critical part in realising the potential of our innovative new products, and take the lead in building robust commercial relationships across a broad range of existing and new customers. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your deep understanding of financial products, customer and client needs, and evolving market trends, to unlock new value pools for customers.
* Be an inspirational leader who will set the strategy for, and deliver on, bold go‑to‑market plans for Embedded Finance.
* Create commercial models that allow LBG to partner with top‑tier merchants and institutions on their Embedded Finance potential.
* Unlock new value pools by identifying clear target sectors for strategic relationships.
* Develop long‑term relationships with credible clients to drive consistent and on‑target growth for their businesses.
* Drive the transformation of infrastructure and operating models supporting commercial product management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Oversee channel management to deliver superior sales performance, as well as new CRM and account treatments.
* Work with the Embedded Finance MD to deliver against strategic, analytical and insight capabilities across Embedded Finance for risk, customer and commercial objectives, including partnering on data‑driven initiatives to enhance decision‑making, improve customer experiences, and drive business innovation.
