Overview
We are recruiting for a PCB Designer/ Hardware Engineer to join a global leader in algorithmic trading. You will be working on expanding the in-house hardware program including the design and manufacture of custom PCBs for a variety of projects. Our client will pay generously for the right candidate and this role offers handsome bonuses!
Responsibilities
* Schematic capture of board designs including power supply design.
* Design and layout of PCBs including high-speed SerDes links.
* Optimising designs for manufacturability, cost and performance.
* Assist with silicon and board bringup activities.
Qualifications
* At least 10 years experience with schematic capture and PCB layout.
* Experience handling mechanical/thermal equipment (heatsink attachments etc.)
* Ability to design complex multi-phase power supplies
* You should be comfortable working autonomously, owning significant projects from ideation to completion
