Manpower is looking for a Cost and Invoice Clerk to ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly costing information is accurately input into the system and invoices are processed for payment to allow production of monthly management accounts in accordance with monthly accounting timetable.
1. Monday to Friday - 30 hours per week

Key role requirements
5. Collate weekly time sheets and input into payroll systems in accordance with company set weekly deadlines.
6. Receive purchase invoices and register on purchase ledger system to enable matching to purchase orders, complete processes required to provide information for payment to Head Office accounts payment team.
7. Allocate costs of materials and plant to individual contracts from daily Foreman's sheets.
8. Collate information from daily and weekly site sheets and create necessary reports to assist in costing process.
9. Calculate month end accruals for material and plant costs not invoiced.
10. Prepare and reconcile daily tonnage delivery reports for materials, produce and distribute daily tonnage reporting diary.

11. Strong numeracy skills
12. Experience in operation of purchase ledger.

15. Well-developed communication skills and able to communicate at all levels.
16. Must be able to work independently and within a team.
17. Must be able to operate under constrained time deadlines, whilst maintaining multiple projects.
