What the Job Involves This role involves the full management and supervision of a team of qualified social workers and other staff within the Children and Young People Disability Team. You will support the team manager by providing leadership and coordination, ensuring that all team members work effectively within relevant legislation and guidelines. The position requires you to lead initiatives, manage performance standards, and oversee the delivery of key outcomes for children and families. You will also be responsible for deputizing for the manager when necessary and advising on process improvements and resource management within the team.
