* 12+ years of Python Development experience, ideally experience in distributed systems
* Deep systems architecture experience
* Performance Engineering experience
* Technical Leadership experience
* Track record of building systems that handle millions of operations with sub second response times
* Background with AI/ML platforms
* Regulated industry experience
