Case Handler

Konexo Financial Services is expanding its bench for multiple upcoming motor finance redress, complaints and regulatory conduct programmes. We’re looking for experienced Case Handlers who can review complex customer cases, work confidently with policy, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Handling motor-finance and complaints cases end-to-end
• Reviewing customer information, documents and evidence
• Applying policy, guidance and regulatory standards to reach fair outcomes
• Drafting clear case summaries and recommendations
• Updating trackers, systems and workflow tools
• Liaising with SMEs, QA and operational leads where needed
What we’re looking for:
• Previous case handling or complaints experience (financial services preferred)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to work independently and manage workload in a remote environment
• Experience within motor-finance, redress or regulatory conduct is highly desirable
Project details:
• Multiple projects mobilising
• Mostly fully remote roles
• All roles will be on a daily rate contract basis, lengths varied (depending on individual project)
