The Role
We're looking for a proactive and credible HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner in delivering a high-quality generalist HR service. You'll play a key role in day-to-day HR operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives, people strategy, and employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers in line with policy, best practice, and employment law
* Manage employee relations cases including absence, conduct, capability, and grievance
* Support absence management plans and delivery of people KPI's
* Maintain accurate HR systems and records, ensuring GDPR compliance
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning activities
* Coordinate Occupational Health referrals and advise on outcomes
* Support training compliance, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing activities
* Assist with audits, ethical compliance, and Health & Safety initiatives
* Champion company values, diversity, and employee engagement
About You
* Proven experience in a generalist xsngvjr HR Advisor or similar role
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
* Confident advising managers at all levels
* Hands-on experience with HR systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* CIPD qualified or working towards (desirable)
* Experience in manufacturing or food industry (desirable)
