We are currently looking for an experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our client's successful team in the Basildon area.
Our clients have multiple offices offering a fantastic reputation and database of clients. All leading them to become market leaders in their areas.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Basic Salary - £25,000 increasing after probation
2. OTE - £50,000 - £80,000
3. Car Allowance - £3,000
4. 15% - 50% commission depending on banking’s
5. Quarterly bonus structure

7. Full admin support (from sign-up through to case completion)
8. Additional commission for referring business and conveyancing, surveyors etc

Mortgage and Protection Adviser job requirements:
10. CeMap or Equivalent qualifications
11. Experience in a mortgage adviser position
12. Ideally CAS Status
13. Able to build and forge strong relationships.
14. Strong communication skills.
15. Analytical and able to research.
16. Provide exceptional client service.
17. Strong negotiation and influencing.
18. Organised and effective time management.
19. Have detailed knowledge of the FCA and the firm’s record-keeping requirements.
20. Technical product knowledge in the mortgage and protection arena.
Mortgage and Protection Adviser duties:
21. Effectively work with the estate agency team to promote mortgage and financial services business
22. Provide the highest level of customer care at all times
23. Convert booked appointments into business
24. Contact customers for missed opportunities
25. Maintain proactive ongoing customer contact
26. Provide holistic advice on general insurance, mortgage, and personal protection
27. Adhere to sales structure, advice quality and compliance guidance at all times
28. Achieve sales targets each month
