We’re looking to recruit a Sales Team Manager to join our Lottery Team. This is a key role focused on driving income through our lottery products, including the weekly draw, seasonal raffles, and scratch cards. The successful candidate will lead on door-to-door canvassing and venue activity and team performance to help grow this vital income stream.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading, motivating and supporting a small team of face-to-face promoters.
* Planning door-to-door, event and venue-based activities, ensuring excellent coverage and high productivity.
* Explore new promotional avenues with businesses and community groups.
* Attending events, promotional stands and working alongside the team to increase sign-ups.
* Committed to maintaining compliance with fundraising regulations.
* Maintaining accurate records using a CRM system.
What we’re looking for
* A confident leader, with experience in sales, promotions or fundraising.
* Strong organisational and planning abilities.
* A proactive approach, with a drive to hit targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire others.
* A collaborative approach and alignment with Dougie Mac’s CARE values (Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Excellence).
* Flexible to work some evenings/weekends, and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some evening and weekend working will be required
