Are you passionate about helping young people thrive through better school attendance? We're looking for a dedicatedEngagement Officerto join our team and work closely with students, families, and staff to promote a culture of punctuality and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Improve student attendance and punctuality through direct support and intervention.
* Build strong relationships with families and external agencies.
* Monitor attendance data and provide actionable insights.
* Coordinate attendance rewards and support off-site activities.
What We’re Looking For:
* 2+ years’ experience working with children and families.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and attendance legislation.
* Excellent communication, data analysis, and IT skills (SIMS experience a plus).
* A proactive, empathetic, and resilient approach.
Requirements:Enhanced DBS, car owner/driver, flexible working hours.
