We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented PT Office Assistant to join our team in Bismark, North Dakota. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to support office operations and ensure smooth workflows through organizational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring reliability, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to this role.
Responsibilities:
• Perform daily mail sorting and manage FedEx deliveries and pickups.
• Accurately input data into office systems to maintain organized records.
• Receive and process documents delivered to the office with a high level of attention to detail.
• Handle clerical tasks, including billing functions and general office duties.
• Answer inbound calls and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain an organized office environment to support efficient operations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to company standards.
• Utilize intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills to create and update documents as needed.
• Uphold a dependable and conscientious presence in all aspects of the role.• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for mail runs and deliveries.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Dependable and self-motivated with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Familiarity with basic billing functions and clerical processes is a plus.
