The Role
* Managing a mixed caseload of private and public family law matters
* Providing clear, pragmatic advice to clients at all stages of proceedings
* Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation
* Representing clients at court hearings and negotiations
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes
The Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years' PQE in family law
* Confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong client-care and communication skills
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
